Our vanilla Basque cheesecake - sliced
The Basque Cheesecake was created in the 90s by chef Santiago Rivera of La Viña in San Sebastian, Spain.
It's caramelized top and sides, creamy custard-like center, and crustless base provide a completely new take on the denser NY Cheesecake.
It breaks all the rules of a traditional style cheesecake and is a must-try for cheesecake lovers. We love it!
